Tips of blood collection
1.Ensure the blood spot is almost full.

Place cards face up (spots exposed), Drying at room temperature for 3-8 hrs before
put in biohazard bag (4hrs recommended). Keep away from direct air flow, sunlight
and heat.

Required Parts BUT NOT provided

A ready use blood collection card kit can be produced on customer request.

1. Capillary Blood collection supplies: sterile retractable lancet with tip approximately
   2 mm or sterile retractable incision device, alcohol swab, sterile gauze, soft cloth and
   sharps disposal container.
2. Personal protective equipment: Gloves and other personal protective equipment as required to provide protection from exposure to blood borne pathogens.
3. Mailing envelope with prepaid AWB: For transport of specimens.
4. Impermeable bag and desiccant (Where required by local regulations) for transport of specimens.
